  Open Nation is the first to stand up when the originality is started, Finding Horns as counselor, letting Mr.Li as advisor, making cooperative partner with Europe-union and also taking many Chinese originality industries as supporters. One content is one word: dare.

  In 2005 year, Hunan TV used the originality of dare to make some super-girl are popular in China. Until now they have many fans. The CCTV and almost every local TV follow the lead of Hunan TV. Today, Sanchen cartoon extruded “Blue Cat” cartoon, announcing to become Chinese Disney. Because of the word dare they have today’s succeeded. Much earlier, in Hunan, the betel nut of Xiangtang was seen every where, but there was no one thought of the industrialization of betel nut. Then some one did it daringly, put betel nut of produced machinery and packing standardization in the market.

  When we talk originality, we should consider innovation, too. This is also called on by Chinese government and industries. People said the food of Guangdong is very delicious; the key is people can eat it. Having dared, everything is possible. And there is another example that the consortium of Wenzhou put the Six in to coalition. They are the first to walk out to carve out, the first to bundle the flight, the first to burn shoe leather and even the first to compete with the buildings of Beijing and Shanghai. In the back of all of these actions was a word: dare.

  Now, originality industry has spread quickly, we can imagine originality industry is for those who are brave. If you aren’t brave you will be washed out and carried up by those braves. The originality of Xiangzhong in Hunan appeared ten years ago, but they didn’t have the dare. Now, Hunan is becoming a hot place of Chinese growing up. Dare or not is in today.

  Originality must abandon official standard

  Originality industry develops in China causes a lot of argumentum. Every local government is becoming very zeal about it. Some time one city inaugurates for originality industry. In the back of these busy visions there are always somebody confuses: who really originate it? And who creates?

   According to me, the earliest nation of the development of originality industry is Britain, which is a spontaneous activity by a group of cultural art and design creators. Even John Horns called the father of originality and his work originality economic is independent of government. While the originality industry of north America was created by a group of people with passion and dream. There is no one official in Hollywood, but there are a large number of best screenwriters and directors and cuspidate people of film industry. Even Chinese famous stars are scramble for it. So some British creators who came to China don’t understand why Chinese originality industry is held by the government. So they want to ask, who are the creators in China? Where are they? At this time, Chinese officials will take them to some original basements to see those so called creators. They mostly are some arts and crafts places, painters’ villages , small cartoon companies and some design work places and ad-companies.

  China is a big unified country all through the ages. From the census register system in Qin dynasty, it built a “GOOGLE” to rule and father the country. Until now the “GOOGLE”is still in work. But the difference from the internet GOOGLE is Chinese“GOOGLE”doesn’t let people search and choose freely. On the contrary, it cultivated a lot of governors, and piled up many limited rules, even some obscure potential rules. All of these potential rules is related with the system of Chinese government. So Chinese originality industry, on the on hand, needs to open and develop like the internet GOOGLE; on the other hand, the traditional “GOOGLE” can’t help taking in, continuing the function of supervising and urging. Just because of this, the foreign creators don’t understand as well as the Chinese creators don’t get real space of exertion.

  In the traditional economic development models, the Chinese market economy is led by the government. The extent, the field is controlled by the government. Although the open of China made the common people live a better happy life that they never lived before, this kind of open is limited and more ideological. Now everything is much better. The age of globalization is coming, the world is peace, the science and technology changes quickly and the world appears all kinds of strange things. Chinese opening has reaches a shed from quantitative change to qualitative change.

  The wheel of history was driven and can’t stop and develop as an inertial unless it didn’t be driven. The wave of originality industry is coming. Its core definition isn’t the ideological official standard but a whole age of people oriented. How originality develops, how it be created and how it transfer into new economy? All of this don’t need the official standard to govern. So in the face of originality ages, official standard has lost its effect. While originality don’t need the official to take part in. a wise local government needs to do is abandon the authority and let all the civil servants serve for this original society. If they don’t do better, they should be demitted.

  Originality Should Keep away from Official Standard

  It is a hot topic that the development of originality industry is started in China. And the local government also pays great attention to this issue. From time to time, there are secretaries and mayors presenting in the discussion, and sometimes the base of originality industry of some city is come to light. But behind the excitement, there is a doubt that who on earth initiates the originality industry, and who are blazing new trails.

  As far as I know, a group of creators in culture, art, and design emerge spontaneously in Britain where the originality industry is started. And even John Howkins, the father of originality industry, who writes The Creative Economy, is a pure scholar, having nothing to do with the government. Morevover, the originality industry in Norh America is started by a group of passionate and ambitious bravers. There is no single officer in Hollywood, but the most creative playwrights, directors, and quantities of excellent technical talents. Even the very famous Chinese stars are flowing there. Thus, when creators of originality industry of Britain come to China, seeing the play of China’s originality, they can not understand more or less: why is the originality industry directed by officers? They can’t help asking: who are the creators in China? Where are they? And then, the Chinese officers will lead the foreign creators to the newly established originality demonstrative bases to see the unknown Chinese creators. They are small companies, such as craf workshops, painting villages, and animation catoon companies, and design studios and advertising companies,doing business for making a living. Then, the foreign creators really understand the essence of China’s originality industry.

  China has always been a united multi-ethnic county. Since the establishment of the household register of Qin dynasty, the united multi-ethnic country has set up the earliest Google, combining administration with government. Up to now, the Google is still working. But the Google is different from the real network google, in that the Google of China does not let people search and choose freely, instead,it cultivates a lot of its governors, and forms many restraints and regulations after thousands of years, and even many indescribable rules. These rules are all connected with China’s huge bureaucracy. So, China’s originality industry, on the one hand, needs to devolop openly like the network of google, on the other hand, the Traditional ideology of Chinese Google intervenes with it, and keeps its function of supervision and control. Just because of this, the foreign creators can not understand China’s originality industry, and it also makes the Chinese creators have the free room for originality.

  Originality Is Fortune of the 21st Century

  On 18th  December, 2007, the mascot, Haibao, is born in Shanghai World’s Fair. According to the host party, Haibao will be presented in various forms in the publicity and promotional events held in Shanghai World’s Fair in 2010.Meanwhile, a series of Haibao products will be put out. It can be predicted that Haibao will again be the golden brick for knocking on the world’s door.

   In 2002, the annual increase created by originality industry of Singapore accounts for 2.8-3.2% of GDP,i.e. about 4.8 billion Yuan. From 1986 to 2000, its CAGR is 13.4%, higher than the GDP increase rate of 10.6% over the same period. There are more than 8,000 companies woking on originality industry, and the employees are 72,000,and the CAGR of the employed IS 6.3%, while the annual increase rate in the same period over the country is only 3.8%.

  At the same time, the annual increase created by originality of America is about 7.8%, Britain is 5%, and Australia is 3.3%. The increase rates of originality in these countries all exceed their overall economic increase rate. Especially in America and Britain, the increase rate is 3 to 5 times of the overall economic increase rate. According to the rough statistics in early 2006, the daily output of world’s originality industry economy, based on the developed countries, has been from 22 billion dollars in 2002 up to 30 billion dollars, and its annual increase rate has been from the original 5% up o 6%. In 2006, the total output value of originality industry of Britain has become the second big industry after financial service industry. The number of its employees accounts for 80% of Britain’s total population of employees.
