　　Open can make human progress 
　　conservative can make human fall behind

　　2008, a new year in a new century, in the environment of internationalization we want to guess what the motivation of development is.

　　The British Royal academy of sciences got the conclusion that science is the first motivation by studying the human development of 20th century. But in 21st century, the answer is “culture”. If everyone knows that culture has become the first motivation of the development of human society, so a new age is coming, which is originality based on culture. It may become the vanguard of culture originality of China 2008 year?

　　Investment originality has become a hot topic in the exposition of culture originality held in Beijing. The doctor of Management College of China Media University and the director of China system study center thinks, the sustaining development, the combination of culture and capital have maturated, a golden age of culture development, flourish, investment has coming.

　　Although many domestic financial institutions and investors haven’t understood the real value of “culture originality industry”, the real estate and stock market are still influencing those small capitalists. But the fact is culture originality is standing in the scratch line of fortune. The honorary Dean of national academic of Jin yunshan Liyi thinks, the rising of China is based on the rising of Chinese culture. While the sub-director of culture market center of China Culture Department Liu shifa holds the view that China culture industry is in a new developing age, now, it is not enough that the inside system reformation of culture industry. This is just a small reform, small open, it needs the outside system reformation of culture industry. So we could have big reform and big open. We should use modern capital to arm China’s culture industry.

　　All of these new views want to express this information: culture open.   In fact, if we want to develop originality, we need to open our minds, in the bureaucracy, originality is becoming a show. If we want to develop a nation’s culture, we need to open our minds. Mind closedown, Culture view are conservative, the strength will no vitality. If we want to improve a nation’s quality, we need open our minds. The manners and morals of the time are vulgar, the value is poor, although we have a huge population, we are just thought as a labor country. Open is a trendy of human society development and is a trendy of the sustaining open and reforming, as well as resources of the world. A bright fact is human has got more realizationto the objective society. And open, just like our sun, puts its energy to our world which human beings are living in. all of this produce photosynthesis, form terrestrial heat and make wind to form new life of generation to generation. To such a open world, everything is changeable, and all of these are originality.  China will be a open country in 2008, while Beijing Olympic Games is an event of opening in Chinese history. Let China and the world get together in this year.
